Clear Fabricated Cones

PolyFab provides:

Polyfab offers 3 series of cones, primarily to meet the needs of protein skimmer fabricators. The cones are offered in cast acrylic, PETG and clear PVC in thicknesses of 1/8 inch (3 mm), 3/16 inch (5 mm), and 1/4 inch (6 mm).

Of course cones of any other dimensions can be fabricated, but tooling charges are frequently required. The seams in acrylic cones are cemented, but the seams in PETG are either welded or cemented, and the seams in clear PVC are welded.

Clear cones fabricated from acrylic, LEXAN® (polycarbonate), PETG, and clear PVC.

We roll opaque cones in PVC, polypropylene and polyethylene.

These cones are rolled at any angle and then seamed. We mount them to your design.

The pieces can be used as small tank bottoms, funnels, gas collection covers and other uses. We mount flanges, bases , gussets and various threaded and flanged fittings to the cones per your design.
